Welcome to Sial Matching. These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using sialmatching.com and purchasing products from our store. In these terms, βwe,β βus,β and βourβ refer to Sial Matching.
Please read these terms alongside our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy before placing an order. Nothing in these terms removes or limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
1. Using Our Website

To place an order, you must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchasing agreement. If you do not, a parent or legal guardian must place the order on your behalf.
Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. You must not use another personβs identity or payment details without their permission.
2. Products and Descriptions
Our store offers clothing for women, men and children, jewellery, Korean gadgets, makeup and cosmetics. Availability varies by product.
Please review the relevant product description, size information, materials, ingredients, specifications and included accessories before purchasing. Contact us if information important to your decision is missing or unclear.
Product colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings. This does not remove your rights if an item is materially different from its description, defective or incorrectly supplied.
Accessories shown for styling or demonstration are included only when the product listing states that they form part of the purchase.
3. Prices and Promotions
The applicable currency, product prices, discounts and delivery charges will be shown during checkout. Any applicable taxes or additional charges must be disclosed before you confirm your purchase.
Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. A later price change does not automatically change the price of an existing order.
If a material pricing or listing error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and available options. We will not charge a higher amount or substitute a different product without your agreement. Any cancellation or correction will respect applicable law.

5. Delivery
Delivery availability, charges and estimated timeframes depend on your location and the items ordered. Review the delivery information provided before completing your purchase.
Unless expressly confirmed as guaranteed, delivery timeframes are estimates. If a significant delay occurs, contact us so we can investigate and explain the available options.
Please provide a complete delivery address and an accessible contact number. If incorrect details cause a failed delivery, we will explain any proposed redelivery charges before arranging another attempt.
If your parcel is missing, damaged in transit or marked as delivered but has not arrived, contact our support team. We will help investigate with the delivery provider. Using a courier does not remove our responsibilities to you under applicable law.
6. Order Changes and Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
If the order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it on request and refund payments received for the cancelled order, including delivery charges.
Changes to products, sizes or addresses depend on availability and the stage of processing. Any price difference will be explained before a change is confirmed.
Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to stop delivery. We will explain the options available under our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
7. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these terms and explains return eligibility, request deadlines, exchanges, shipping costs and refund processing.
Please contact support before sending an item back so we can provide the correct return address and instructions.
Conditions relating to unused products, original packaging and intact hygiene seals apply to eligible change-of-mind returns. They do not automatically prevent a claim involving defective, damaged, expired, incorrect or materially misdescribed goods.
Exchanges depend on stock availability. Where a suitable replacement is unavailable, we will explain the available alternatives or refund options.
Refunds are based on the amount actually paid for the affected products, with delivery charges handled according to our policy and applicable law.
8. Product Use and Warranties
Follow the manufacturerβs instructions, care labels, warnings and intended-use guidance supplied with each product.
For clothing and jewellery, review material and care information. For cosmetics, review ingredients and product warnings. For gadgets, check compatibility, power requirements and operating instructions before use.
Any additional product or manufacturer warranty will apply according to the terms supplied with that product. It does not replace your rights against us under applicable law.
